About Me.
I'm Ashlee Boyson- the voice behind The Moments We Stand- and my work is built from lived experience, hard truth, and the quiet rebuilding that happens after everything you thought would hold your life together falls apart.
My story includes loss, betrayal, and deep emotional trauma that forced me to question everything I thought I knew about love, faith, and identity. I've walked through infidelity, the aftermath of violent loss, and the kind of grief that doesn't fit into words neatly. I've also lived through seasons where I felt completely alone in it, searching for anyone who could understand the complexity of heartbreak that doesn't resolve in a simple way.
"And for a long time, I stayed silent. Until silence became heavier than the pain."
What started as private writing- just trying to make sense of what I had lived through- slowly became a place where others began to find themselves too. I didn't set out to build a platform. I set out to survive. But somewhere in that process, I realized my story wasn't just mine anymore.
It was a mirror for other people who felt unseen.
Over time, that grew into a mission: to help people heal from betrayal, grief, trauma, and identity loss- not by bypassing pain, but by walking through it with truth, faith, and practical tools that actually support real healing.
I graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Child Development and a minor in Art, and I've always been drawn to understanding how people grow, heal, and rebuild from the inside out. Today, that shows up in everything I create- whether it's writing, courses, speaking, or conversations that help people reconnect to their worth and stability after emotional collapse.
I now share faith-rooted, trauma-informed messages designed to help people come back to themselves again. My work focuses on rebuilding identity after heartbreak, breaking patterns that keep people stuck in unhealthy relationships, and helping others learn how to hear truth again—about themselves, about love, and about God's presence in their life.
"Your story doesn't disqualify you, it refines you."
I believe healing is possible, even if it doesn't look the way you expected.
And I believe the most important work you'll ever do is learning how to stand back up after life has tried to take you out emotionally, spiritually, or relationally.
This is what I teach now
How to come alive again after you've shut down.
How to rebuild trust in yourself after betrayal.
How to stop repeating cycles that hurt you.
And how to find God in the middle of the places you thought He left.
If you're here, it's not by accident.
You're not behind.
You're not too far gone.
You're in the middle of becoming someone new.
And I'm honored to walk with you through it.
Life Beyond the work.
My family — the reason I kept walking, and the proof that joy still finds its way home.
