✦  Ashlee's Story

God met me in the fog.

As a 28-year-old widow with five young kids and a murder trial looming, I spent countless moments in the fog. I felt alone and trapped in a story I did not choose.

God met me there. He sat with me in the dark and slowly, gently, walked me back into the light. I created this work so you would know — beyond any doubt — that you are not alone in yours.

"The moments we stand — those quiet, terrifying, holy moments — are the ones that become our healing."
